Czech Selection (under the wings of ViaMarpi s.r.o.) holds an official Travel Agency Concession approved by the Ministry of Regional Development.
We have a contract on Statutory Insurance for Bankruptcy pursuant to Act 159/1999 Coll. (see full document here).
We are a full member of the Association of Czech Travel Agencies (AČCKA).
We regularly pay the contribution for the Guarantee Fund administrated by Ministry of Tourism of Czechia. (The funds from the Guarantee Fund are used to cover any liabilities of travel agencies in case of bankruptcy).
PRIVACY
The customer acknowledges that Czech Selection (under the wings of ViaMarpi s.r.o.) processes all personal data provided in accordance with Act No. 101 / 2000 Coll. in order to implement the tour and related services and marketing activities and the General Data Protection Regulation-EU regulation 216/679 (GDPR), and to this he/she gives his/her consent.
This consent may be revoked by the customer at any time by written notice or e-mail. The customer agrees that Czech Selection (under the wings of ViaMarpi s.r.o.) uses personal data to offer its products and services. Processing may also be carried out through third parties. At the same time, the customer declares that he is authorized and grants the same consent also on behalf of all persons specified in this agreement.
