Czechia in a nutshell!

From Prague to the nature of South Moravia! This program combines the unique atmosphere of Prague, the city of a hundred towers, and the relaxation and well-being offered by the nature and vineyards of South Moravia

En route you will visit two impressive UNESCO monuments. Saint Barbara’s Church in Kutná Hora is a unique cathedral of high gothic architecture founded in 1388, and in Telč the renaissance Chateau Telč with its amazing garden full of centuries old trees and rare woody plants, will leave an unforgettable impression. 

You will enjoy relaxation and refreshment of your personal energy in the backdrop of the beautiful nature of the Pálava National Park

For those interested in sports activities, we can also add biking and golf.

Itinerary 'From Prague to the nature of South Moravia'

Arrival to Prague, Václav Havel Airport. Transfer to the hotel in downtown Prague (own expense, taxi or public transport) followed by the first part of your visit to the Czech capital. ‘Must sees’ are the Astronomical Clock on the Old Town Square (Orloj na Staroměstském náměstí), the Old Town (Staré město) and the Old Town Hall Tower, the Jewish quarter and the Old New Synagogue (Staronová synagoga), the Charles Bridge (Karlův most) and the Churches of Our Lady Before Tyn (Chrám Matky boží před Týnem) and St. Nicholas’ (Kostel svatého Mikuláše). Thirsty from all that sightseeing we end the day by savoring a delicious Czech beer in a typical local pub.

Day two of your visit to Prague will bring you to the impressive Prague Castle, the Golden Lane (Zlatá ulička), the St. Vitus Cathedral (Katedrála sv. Víta), the Lesser Town (Malá strana), Kampa Island, the John Lennon wall, the Dancing House (Tančící dům), the riverfront by the Vltava river (Náplavka), a Vltava (Moldau) river cruise, the Franz Kafka museum, a visit to the cubist building and restaurant House of the Black Madonna of the Lord (Dům u Černé Matky Boží) and the Powder Tower (Prašná brána). In the Erpet Bohemia Crystal shop you can buy the famous Czech crystal products. In the evening you enjoy a medieval dinner in a local restaurant with traditional Czech food.

You leave Prague and visit Kutná Hora (UNESCO World Heritage site) with its beautiful St. Barbara Church (Chrám sv. Barbory), the gothic Stone Fountain, the Museum of Silver and the Medieval Silver mine. In the late afternoon transfer to the South Moravia region. In this romantic setting among the vineyards, you enjoy a degustation of delicious Moravian wines in a traditional wine cellar.

Sightseeing walk to the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava. From the Maiden Castle (Dívčí hrad) on top of the limestone rocks you have an amazing view over Mušov lake. We can also offer a bicycle tour around the lake. Later in the day, transfer to Telč.

Exploring Chateau Telč (UNESCO), walk in the castle garden with its amazing woody plants and transfer back to Prague.
